Refund and Returns Policy

• Return requests are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.

• Some products are not returnable such as (sportwear, underwear, swimwear, personal

care products, cosmetics, special accessories like earrings,piercing,ringsand bracelets).

• Returns of all products that have been used are not accepted, except in case of manufacturing defects, and this is proven by clear pictures of the defects in the product, and these pictures are sent to our pages on social media channels (Facebook – Instagram -WhatsApp).

• The return is withdrawn from the customer within 5 working days of registering the return request

• Return request will be accepted if the item is at the same condition that you received and with its package as you received.

• Order amount will be refunded within 5 working days starting of the date of collecting your item.

• Order amount is refunded in several ways (Bank Transfer).

• Order amount will be refunded “not including the shipping costs” .

• It is not allowed to return an item within an offer.

Accessory Return Policy:

For hygiene and quality assurance reasons, accessories (including jewelry, watches, and similar items) are eligible for return or exchange within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition. After 14 days, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on accessories under any circumstances.

To maintain the quality and appearance of your accessories, we recommend the following care guidelines:

• Avoid exposure to water (including showers, swimming, or heavy sweating).

• Keep away from chemicals such as perfumes, lotions, and cleaning agents, as these can cause discoloration or damage.

• Store accessories properly in a dry, cool place when not in use to prevent scratches or tarnishing.

Damage resulting from misuse, improper handling, or failure to follow these care instructions will not be covered by our return policy.
